Kultour is made up of 10 member organisations across each state and territory. Between them they represent vast expertise in presenting and producing innovative and high quality art works that reflect the cultural diversity of contemporary Australia. Representatives from each Kultour member organisation form Kultour's Board of Directors.

The Kultour Directors develop, produce and present culturally diverse work in their cities and, in some cases, in their immediate regions. They have skills and knowledge in marketing, media, policy, project and event management, and touring.
