ìDuring my time working in Kultour, I witnessed and participated in all the different Kultour activities and also had the opportunity to work ëbehind the scenesí in understanding how each project is developed towards best fulfilling the objectives of support and promotion of the diversity of artistic expression, and attaining union and integration between the artist and the community. I appreciate and value this great opportunity of working in the Kultour team, it has been an extraordinary social, cultural, and educational experience.î ñ Trinidad Estay, Kultour Mentee 2009-10
